Founded by the Cobb Family as Cobb Waterblasting, Inc. in 1989 as a primarily steam cleaning/pressure washing service. Our commitment to Customer Service and Work Quality built us the reputation as an industry leader and our customers began asking, “What other services do you provide”? These requests were instrumental in the development of our power sweeping and day porter service, which were both implemented in 1994 when we officially became Cobb Property Services. Since then we've added more services and a few more employees, but have never given up the original spirit of treating everyone like family by giving your best day in and day out, 364 days a year 24/7. The Cobbs have since retired after 30+ years of service, but the company is still family owned and operated. We strive everyday to continue the legacy of the founders and continue to put both customer service and quality at the head of our mission.

Absolutely. Our company maintains strict adherence to all local and federal labor regulations. Every candidate must successfully complete the E-Verify process and provide valid documentation to HDLM LLC prior to commencing work.

HDLM LLC is the legal umbrella name of Cobb Property Services. Cobb Property Services is the dba name. Generally, HDLM LLC only appears on legal or financial documents, we answer to either though if you have any questions or concerns.
